Kissimmee Kastaway Villa has a great location for anyone wanting to explore the central Florida area. Theme parks are nearby which allows you to spend more time enjoying the magic at the parks and relaxing at the villa. Disney World is less than 10 miles, depending on traffic approximately 15 minutes. Universal Studios is less than 20 miles, depending on traffic approximately 35 minutes.
You can rent the villa as a 4 bedroom which sleeps 8 or as a 6 bedroom which sleeps 12

Yes. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There are pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and silveware.
Yes. The villa is equipped with cable and internet.
The villa has a driveway suitable for up to 3 vehicles to park. There is also street parking available; please follow all street signage and do not block driveways to other homes.
Yes. There is a washer and dryer available in the upstairs laundry room.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in day will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made 30-16 days prior to check-in will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given if cancellations is made within 15 days of check-in date.

During the cooler months you have an option during your booking to select pool heat during your stay for an additional fee of $40 per day. This fee must be paid for the entire stay.
